THE PROCESS

Deploying Up Learn in your school

1. Kick-Off & GDPR Compliance

Your account manager will send through a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement, and kick-off the process for getting students, teachers and relevant members of the school leadership team set up with Up Learn accounts. There is no limit to the number of administrative accounts you can have

2. Up Learn Training Demo

Your account manager will book you in for an online demo of Up Learn. This is the perfect opportunity to fully understand Up Learn’s features and discuss how you and your students can derive maximum value. It is also a great time to address any initial questions you have, so be sure to think about how you would like to use Up Learn beforehand

3. Stakeholder Education

Should you wish to introduce Up Learn to your students or their parents more formally, your account manager can send you resources to educate them on the platform and how to make the most of it

4. Account Setup

Staff and students will receive confirmation emails to activate their Up Learn accounts. This typically happens within one working day of confirmation of user details, but can also happen on an agreed date

5. Getting into a Routine

Your account manager will help you get in the habit of reviewing your students’ progress, tracking their results, and identifying their strengths and weaknesses through the teacher dashboard. You will also receive a scoreboard – a powerful tool used to monitor student engagement on a weekly basis

6. Compete [Optional]

If you choose to enrol in an Up Learn competition/event, you will also receive up-to-date leaderboards and relevant updates. These are a great way to motivate students and promote friendly competition between classes/peers in your school
